On September 6, 2021 the expedition "Arctic Century" returned to Murmans after four weeks of work ing in the Arctic up to 83°N.

Trier University's equipment arrives in Kiel
After having been deployed for field measurements at the “Ice Base Cape Baranov” on Servernaya Zemlya from 2017 until the end of 2020, the meteorological equipment of Trier University has arrived in Kiel and is awaiting shipment back to Trier.

Meteorological equipment on its way back to Germany
On 23 June, the container with meteorological equipment of Trier University cleared customs and is now on its way to Kiel. The equipment was used for field measurements at the “Ice Base Cape Baranov” on Servernaya Zemlya from 2017 until the end of 2020. The container is expected to arrive to Kiel within the next two weeks.
